| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨老年人抑郁症患病率和自评状况及社会支持的关系。方法:对调查的老年人的自评状况及社会支持分别进行单因素患病率分析,再进行Log istic回归分析。结果:健康自评一般、经济自评差、独居等都增加了老年人抑郁症患病概率,偶尔或经常与朋友交流降低了抑郁症患病概率。健康自评一般或差、经济自评差、生活自评差、独居、担心子女等是老年抑郁症亚病例发生的危险因素。 |

| Abstract: | Objectives This study aims at investigating the relationship between elderly self-perceiving,social support and the prevalence of Geriatric Depression.Methods Univarate analysis and Logistic regression analysis were performed.Result Self-perceiving general health,poor economy and living alone could increase the probability of having geriatric depression while regularly or sometimes communicating with friends could decrease the probability.Self-perceiving general or poor health,poor economy,poor life,living alone,worry about the children were risk factors. |
