种植体周龈沟液MMP-9及TIMP-1水平的检测

目的　探讨种植体周不同组织健康状况的龈沟液基质金属蛋白酶 - 9(MMP- 9)及金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子 - 1(TIMP- 1)的水平。方法　筛选 39名患者的 5 1枚种植体 ,以牙龈红肿、探诊出血及牙槽骨进行性吸收为标准分健康组及炎症组 ,观察指标包括龈沟深度值 (PD)、菌斑牙石指数 (PL I)、牙龈出血指数 (GBI)及种植体周龈沟液 MMP- 9和 TIMP- 1水平。结果　炎症组和健康组的 PD值、PL I值、GBI值及 MMP- 9水平有统计学差异 (P<0 .0 0 1)。结论　 MMP- 9水平可以较好地反映种植体周围组织的健康状况

Evaluation of Matrix Metalloproteinase-9 and Tissue Inhibitor of Metalloproteinase-1 Levels in Peri-implant Sulcular Fluid

Objective To investigate the levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in healthy and diseased peri-implant tissue. Methods Fifty-one implants in 39 patients were selected and divided into the healthy group and the inflammatory group according to the absence or presence of gingival redness, bleeding on probing, and progressive horizontal absorption of alveolar bone. The clinical parameters included: depth of gingival pocket(PD), plaque & calculus index (PLI), gingival bleeding index (GBI), and MMP-9,TIMP-1 levels in peri-implant sulcular fluid (PISF). Results PD, PLI, GBI and MMP-9 levels were significantly higher in inflammatory group than in healthy group (P<0.001).Conclusion MMP-9 level in PISF was closely associated with the clinical parameters.
