纤维类中药对水丸溶出度影响的试验研究

摘    要:目的:建立纤维类中药含量与水丸溶出度关系的数学模型,考察纤维类中药对水丸溶出度的影响。方法:制备系列水丸,以总黄酮含量为考察指标,测定其溶出度,根据Weibull分布提取溶出参数,用SPSS软件处理数据,拟定非线性数学模型。结果:溶出参数T20,T50的数学模型为y=-3+3/x,y=596-5 984x+27 489x2-41 704x3,水丸处方中纤维类中药的含量与溶出度呈正相关。结论:通过调节处方中纤维类成分的含量可控制水丸的溶出度。
