| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肾脏原发性非何杰金淋巴瘤的影像学特征 ,提高对肾脏淋巴瘤的认识及诊断水平。方法总结分析3例经手术及病理证实的肾脏淋巴瘤的IVP(静脉肾盂造影 )、CT、B超等影像表现特点。结果IVP能发现肾脏外形的改变及病变区肾盏、肾盂受破坏情况 ,B超、CT检查不仅可看到病变内部结构特点 ,还可观察肾门区、腹腔淋巴结有无累及 ,有助于淋巴瘤的诊断。结论IVP观察肾脏形态改变及肾功能状况有一定优势 ,但对病变内部结构及腹腔淋巴结受累情况的观察B超、CT明显优于IVP ,且CT较B超更为客观

| Abstract: | Objective To study the imaging features and diagnosis of the renal primary non_Hodgkin's lymphoma. Methods 3 cases of renal lymuphoma examined with IVP(intravenous pyelography), CT, ultrasound were reviewed. Results The imaging of IVP can found the changes of renal outline and the change of renal function. B_us and CT can found not only characteristics of lesions but also celiac lymphocytosis. Conclusions B_us and CT scan are more sensitive and definite than IVP. |
