新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案推荐中成药的合理使用探讨

目的通过对各地区新型冠状病毒肺炎防治方案的分析,研究其推荐中成药的辨证用药规律、使用要点和注意事项,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用Excel软件录入国家和各省市卫生主管部门发布的新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案中疾病分期、证型、治法、中成药信息,统计分析疾病不同分期分型中成药的使用频数。对中成药分类、禁忌和注意事项进行归纳。结果共检索得到推荐使用中成药防治新冠肺炎诊疗方案23个。推荐中成药73种,按照其功能主治主要分为9大类,以清热药最多。中成药说明书中标明禁忌的有24个,主要涉及妊娠期、哺乳期妇女,婴幼儿,老人和患有基础疾病的患者。儿童推荐用中成药共18个,其中儿科专用中成药7个,提及儿童用量的中成药共12个。推荐中药注射剂共10种,对溶媒的选择、滴速、联合用药间隔冲管均有严格要求。结论中成药在此次新型冠状病毒肺炎防治中占有重要地位,正确辨证、合理使用中成药是发挥其疗效,保障其安全的关键。

Discussion on Rational Use of Chinese Patent Medicine Recommended from Diagnosis and Treatment Protocols for COVID-19

ABSTRACT: Objective: To investigate the syndrome differentiation regularity, key points and precautions of recommended Chinese patent medicine by analyzing the diagnosis and treatment protocols for novel coronavirus pneumonia (NCP), so as to provide references for clinical rational drug use. Method: Excel software was used to input the disease stage, syndrome type, treatment, Chinese patent medicine information from the diagnosis and treatment protocols of NCP published by national and regional health authorities, and analyz the frequency of Chinese patent medicine using in different stages and types of diseases. Summarize the classification, contraindication and precautions of Chinese patent medicines. Result: A total of 23 prevention and treatment protocols of NCP used Chinese Patent Medicines were recommended. 73 kinds of Chinese patent medicines are recommended, and they were mainly divided into 9 categories according to their functions, the most were heat clearing drugs. 24 instructions of Chinese patent medicines marked the contraindications, mainly involving pregnant or nursing women, infants, the elderly and patients with basic diseases. There were 18 Chinese patent medicines recommended for children, which including 7 for pediatrics and 12 mentioned child dosage. 10 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections were recommended, which all had strict requirements for the selection of solvents, dropping speed and interval flushing for combined drugs. Conclusion: Chinese Patent Medicines plays an important role in prevention and treatment of novel coronavirus pneumonia. The correct dialectical and rational use of Chinese patent medicine is the key to give full play of its curative effect and ensure its safety.
