新生化颗粒治疗药物流产后阴道出血80例分析

目的观察新生化颗粒缩短药物流产后阴道出血时间的作用。方法150例早孕妇女分为两组,治疗组80例于口服米非司酮第3天早开始服新生化颗粒12.0 mg,2次/d,共5 d;对照组70例于口服米非司酮第3天早开始服安络血,共5 d,术后均使用抗生素。结果两组流产效果和出血量比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组出血天数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论新生化颗粒可缩短药物流产后出血时间。

Xinshenghua granule in treatment of 80 cases of vaginal hemorrhage after drug abortion

Objective To observe the effect of Xinshenghua granule on vaginal hemorrhage after drug abortion.Methods One hundred and fifty patients with vaginal hemorrhage after drug abortion were devided into two groups randomly：the treatment group（80 cases） taking Xinshenghua granule 12.0 mg,2 times per day for 5 days,and the control group（70 cases） taking adrenosem for 5 days.Antibiotics were used after drug abortion.Results There was no significant difference in the amount of vaginal bleeding between the two groups（P0.05）.The duration of vaginal hemorrhage in treatment group was lower than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Xinshenghua granule can reduce the duration of vaginal hemorrhage after drug abortion.
