锌对正畸牙槽骨改建影响的实验研究

摘    要:目的:通过外源性补锌观察锌对兔牙正畸移植动的影响。方法:建立兔牙正畸移动实验模型。实验组每日肌注1%ZnSO4(4mg/kg体重),对照组注射生理盐水。手术后14d测量牙齿移动距离并观察正畸牙周组织改建情况。结果:实验组兔牙移动距离与对照组相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。光镜观察和图像分析显示实验组牙槽骨的改建活跃,张力侧新生骨的量明显高于高于对照组。结论:补锌可能通过直 接或间接作用,促进进正畸牙槽骨改建。

Abstract:AIM: To investigate the effect of zinc supplement on orthodontic tooth movement in rabbits. METHODS : The models of rabbits orthodontic tooth movement were established. Experimental group were received intramascular injection of 1% ZnSO 4 and control group with distilled water.Two weeks later, measure the distance of tooth movement and investigate the histological changes of orthodontic periodontal tissuse. RESULTS: In the experimental group, the distance of tooth movement was larger than that in the coutrol group( P <0.05). The histological changes showed that the osteogenesis and osteolysis of the alveolar bone appeared progessively active. CONCLUSION: Extra zinc supplement might be directly or indirectly promote the orthodontic alveolar bone remodeling.
