| 摘 要： | 目的：了解非酒精性脂肪性肝炎（NASH）的CT分离与血清肝纤维化水平的关系。方法：59例NASH按CT诊断标准分为轻度29例、中度18例、重度12例,分别将三组的肝纤维化指标（HA、LN、ⅣC及PCⅢ）进行比较,并与对照组（31例）进行比较。结果：NASH组肝纤维化指标明显高于健康对照组;重度NASH组各项肝纤维化指标均明显高于轻度及中度NASH组。结论：重度NASH患者存在一定程度的肝纤维化。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relation between computed tomography （CT） image grading and serum liver fibrosis markers levels in patients with non - alcoholic steatohepatitis （NASH）. Methods Fifty nine patients witch NASH were of mild （ n = 29）, moderate （n =18） and severe （n = 12） groups according to CT image gradings. Serum liver fibres;is markers （HA, LN, ⅣC and PC Ⅲ with RIA） levels were measured in these patients and 31 controls. Results The serum liver fibrosis in patients with NASH were significantly higher than those in controls. The levels were significantly higher in severe group than those in patients of mild or moderate group. Conclusion A certain degree of hepatic fibrosis might have developed in patients with severe NASH. |
