非脱垂子宫阴式全子宫切除术的临床应用

目的: 探讨非脱垂子宫阴式全子宫切除术和腹式全子宫切除术的临床效果。方法: 经阴式全子宫切除术30例(阴式手术组),经腹式全子宫切除术40例(腹式手术组),对比分析术中术后情况。结果: 手术时间、术中出血量、术后使用止痛剂、术后住院时间、肛门排气时间、住院费用均少于腹式手术组(P<0.05～P<0.001),而术后发热率两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论: 非脱垂子宫阴式全子宫切除术是一种创伤小、安全、痛苦少、恢复快、费用低的手术,值得临床推广。

Clinical application of vaginal hysterectomy for non-prolapsed uterus

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of vaginal hysterectomy for non-prolapsed uterus and ventral hysterectomy.Methods:The results of vaginal hysterectomy in 30 patients and ventral hysterectomy in 40 patients were compared and analyzed.Results:The operation time,the quantity of bleeding after the operation,the dosage of acetanilid used after the operation,the hospitalization time after the operation,the anus exhausting time and the cost in hospital in the vaginal hysterectomy group were less than the ventral hysterectomy group(P<0.05-P<0.001).Nevertheless,there was no statistically significant difference in the fever rate after the operation between these two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Vaginal hysterectomy for non-prolapsed uterus is less invasive and painful,safer and faster in recovery with less cost.It is worthy of being popularized in the clinical practice.
