| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用神经内窥镜治疗慢性分隔性硬膜下血肿(SCSH)的手术方法,并对手术方法的疗效及优点进行评估。方法6例慢性分隔性硬膜下血肿患者行环钻开颅神经内窥镜下剪除隔膜及血肿腔冲洗引流术。结果随访1～16个月,平均11月。所有病例治疗有效,无血肿复发、颅内感染、出血、积气及手术死亡。结论用神经内窥镜治疗慢性分隔性硬膜下血肿是一种安全、有效、微创的手术方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the operation method of endoscopic treatment of septated chronic subdural hematoma and e-valuate the therapeutic results of the operation.Method Six patients with SCSH were operated under endoscopt through looped drill neomembrans were resected by microscissors,A drainage system was applied to ensure the effux of the remaining hematoma.Re sult s Following-up from1to16months on the average of 11months,All patients were treated successfully,they had a sufficient hematoma evacuation without recurrence of subdual hematoma ,infections ,brainedema,hemorrhage and death case.Con clusion The operative method of endoscopic treatment of septated chronic subdural hematoma is minimal,effective and safe. |
