| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑卒中急性期继发胃肠功能障碍的中医临床证型分布规律及中医发病机制,为临床中医辨证论治提供依据。方法本研究采用临床调查的方法,观察了159例脑卒中急性期继发胃肠功能障碍的患者,依据《中医内科学》及《中药新药临床研究指导原则》等资料制定辨证分型的具体标准以及临床证候调查表,观察记录脑卒中急性期继发胃肠功能障碍患者入院后一周内的临床症状、舌象及脉象,并进行辨证分型及相关统计分析。结果脑卒中急性期胃肠功能障碍患者以便秘症状最为多见,食少纳呆位居其次;各中医证型以痰热蕴脾、胃肠积热、肝气犯胃三种证型最为多见。结论脑卒中急性期基本病机以气机逆乱为主,其中痰、火、瘀等病理因素壅扰脾胃,影响脾胃气机升降之功,而继发胃肠疾病。
