输卵管妊娠保守性手术的临床观察

目的：观察输卵管妊娠行腹腔镜保守手术与剖腹保守手术的临床效果。方法：将2006年10月~2010年2月我院82例行腹腔镜保守手术治疗和35例行剖腹保守手术的输卵管妊娠患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果：两组的术中出血、术后肛门排气时间、术后病率、住院时间及术后妊娠率相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：腹腔镜保守手术治疗输卵管妊娠优势明显,是治疗异位妊娠的积极选择。

Clinical Study of Tubal Pregnancy Treated with Conservative Surgery

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of tubal pregnancy between laparoscopic conservative surgery and laparotomy conservative surgery.Methods：We compared the therapeutical effects for tubal pregnancy between 82 cases that underwent laparoscopic conservative surgery and 35 cases that underwent laparotomy conservative surgery in our hodpital since october 2006 to february 2010.Results： The intraoperatie bleeding in operation,postoperative anus exhaust time,postoperative morbidity,hospital stay and postoperative pregnancy were compared between the two groups,the difference were significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： Advantages of laparoscopic conservative surgery for tubal pregnancy is obviously,it is a positive choice for tubal pregnancy.
