脑多发性硬化的常规MRI和DWI研究

目的：探讨脑多发性硬化（multiple sclerosis;MS）的常规MRI及DWI影像特征及其诊断价值。方法：搜集临床确诊MS的常规脑MRI及DWI图像66例,分析其MRI特点及T1WI低信号病灶于DWI图像信号特点。结果：（1）MS病人脑内病灶分布、形态、信号具有一定的特点,并且还可见一些相对特异的MRI征象。（2）83个T1WI低信号病灶于DWI图像上呈32个高信号、25个等信号、17个低信号和9个环形高信号。结论：常规MRI和DWI可反映出MS空间和时间多发性的特点,结合其相对特异的征象,在诊断MS方面发挥着重要作用。

CONVENTIONAL MRI AND DWI STUDY OF MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS

Objective：To investigate the typical appearance of conventional MRI（cMRI） and diffusion weighted imaging（DWI） of multiple sclerosis（MS） and its diagnostic value.Methods：cMRI and DWI imagings of Sixty-six subjects with MS confirmed by clinic were reviewed.The features on cMRI and the signal intensity of T1WI hypointense lesions on DWI were observed.Results：①The distribution, shape and signal of Lesions in brain had a certain characteristic and some relatively specific signs were found. ②83 T1WI hypointense lesions revealed heterogeneous signal intensity on DWI,32 hyperintensity,25 isointensity,17 hypointensity and 9 ring hyperintensity.Conclusion： The feature of multiple in time and space of MS could be reflected on cMRI and DWI. If the feature and the specific signs are considered simaltaneously,it can have a dramatic impact on the diagnosis of MS.
