结膜瓣遮盖术在保留萎缩眼球安装义眼的临床应用

目的:探讨保留萎缩眼球定制个性化义眼的方法及效果。方法:轻中度眼球萎缩12例行患眼角膜浅板层切除联合全结膜瓣遮盖术,术后1个月定制个性化义眼,观察其临床效果。结果:患者配戴个性化义眼后,眼窝饱满,义眼水平活动度20～35°,垂直活动度15～20°。结论:轻中度萎缩眼球行角膜浅板层切除联合全结膜瓣遮盖术,术后定制个性化义眼可获得良好的仿真效果。

An improved technique of whole cornea conjunctival flap covering operation used for installing prosthetic eye on atrophic eye

Objective To probe the methods and clinical effects of manufacturing individual ocular prosthesis for patients who underwent conjunctiva flap covering whole cornea operation on atrophied eyes. Methods A total of 12 cases under going coujunctiva flap covering whole cornea operation on the atrophied eyes had individual ocular prosthesis custom - made 1 month after the operation. The clinical effects with the individual ocular prosthesis were observed during the follow - up of 5 - 16 months. Result Individual ocular prosthesis is more approximate to the other eyes regarding the width of palpebral fissures and the degree of protrusion. The mobility of individual ocular prosthesis was excellent. Conclusion The individual ocular prosthesis is appropriate for the atrophied eyes that underwent conjunctiva flap covering whole cornea operation and it is prefer able due to its cosmetic aspect. It is considerate to manufacture individual ocular prosthesis referring to the character of the other eye.
