加味聚精食疗方对少、弱精子症大鼠EGF、EGFR睾丸内表达的影响

摘    要:目的观察加味聚精食疗方对少、弱精子症大鼠表皮生长因子(EGF)、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)睾丸内表达的影响。方法 60只3月龄雄性SD大鼠采取随机化法分为六组:G1组、G2组、G3组、G4组、G5组、G6组,每组10只。G1组蒸馏水灌胃52 d;其余五组予雷公藤多苷(GTW)灌胃26 d造模。造模结束后,G6组立即脱颈处死,以了解造模质量;G2组加味聚精食疗方灌胃;G3组枸橼酸他莫昔芬片灌胃;G4组五子衍宗片灌胃;G5组蒸馏水灌胃,以上均每天1次,连续26 d。治疗结束后CASA技术检测大鼠附睾精子质量;Envision两步法检测睾丸组织EGF、EGFR的表达。结果G6组附睾精子质量的各项指标均较G1组明显减低(P〈0.05),显示造模成功。G2组附睾精子质量所有指标均明显优于G5、G6组(P〈0.05)。G2组附睾精子密度明显优于G3、G4组(P〈0.05)。G1、G2组附睾精子质量所有指标组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。G1、G2组大鼠睾丸组织EGF、EGFR表达水平明显优于G5、G6组(P〈0.05)。结论加味聚精食疗方能显著上调大鼠睾丸间质细胞EGF、EGFR的表达水平,改善精子质量。
