| 摘 要： | 目的分析珠海市多元化举办社区卫生服务的模式.方法通过文献调查,专题组讨论等方法收集珠海市举办社区卫生服务的详细资料.结果珠海市社区卫生服务机构公办、私办并存,民营机构占85%.结论多元化举办社区卫生服务应当因地制宜,并不断加强管理和规范,在准入、监管以及功能部署上不断完善.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the model of multi-formed community health service (CHS)and summarize the experiences in Zhuhai.MethodsThe literature research and focus group discussion were applied to collect data.ResultsThe public and private CHS organizations co-exit in Zhuhai City,but 85 percent of them are private organizations.ConclusionMulti-formed CHS should be adapted to local practice,and the management should be enhanced and standardized.The entrance,supervision and function of the organizations should be perfected continuously. |
