聚合酶链等检测血尿乙肝病毒的临床观察

采用ＲＰＨＡ、ＥＬＩＳＡ、ＳＰＲＬＡ三种方法检测１２８例乙肝患者唾液与尿标本。唾液ＨＬＡＧ最高检出率３６．３６％，尿为０。用ＰＣＲ法检测６６例乙肝患者尿液标本，ＨＢＶＤＮＡ检出率３０．３％，证明血、尿均具有传染性。对１２４例血ｅ抗原阳性者、单项抗－ＨＢｅ阳性者及单项抗－ＨＢＣ阳性者的血标本，用ＰＣＲ检测ＨＥＶＤＮＡ，检出率分别为９２．３％、２８．５７％、５３．８５％，证明血ｅ抗原阳性者体内几乎全部有完整乙肝病毒。并用ＰＣＲ法对６２例用抗乙肝免疫核糖酸治疗的患者进行了临床疗效评价。

The therapeutic effectin 62 cases trested 6y anti-HBV IRNA de-termined by means of PCR was clinicallyevaluates.
