后路单双枚碳纤维cage联合椎弓根螺钉治疗腰椎滑脱症的疗效比较

目的比较后路单双枚碳纤维cage联合椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗腰椎滑脱症的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析分别采用单双枚碳纤维cage联合椎弓根螺钉治疗腰椎滑脱症50例（A组单枚，25例；B组双枚，25例）。术后应用复位指数（Taillard指数，Boxall指数，椎间隙高度指数及腰骶关节角），融合率，术前和术后Oswestry功能障碍指数（ODI），日本矫形外科学会（JOA）的下腰痛评定标准的评分来判断两组患者临床疗效并加以比较，应用t检验分析。结果术后随访18个月～36个月，平均27个月。A，B两组患者复位指数术前术后均有显著性差异（P〈0．05），术后与随访终末无显著性差异（P〉0．05），A、B两组融合率无显著性差异，均达到100％。A、B两组术前和术后ODI、JOA评分有显著性差异（P〈0．05），但A、B两组在ODI改善率，JOA好转率方面无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论两种术式均取得了良好的手术效果，两种术式在临床疗效方面无显著性差异，但应用单枚融合器比应用双枚融合器节约住院费用。

The comparison of therapeutic efficacy between single and two pieces of carbon fiber cage combined with pedicle screw fixation for the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis

Objective To compare the way between single and two pieces of carbon fiber cage combined with pedicle screw fixation for the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis clinical efficacy. Methods Retrospective analysis using single pieces of carbon fiber cage pedicle screw combined treatment of 50 cases of lumbar spondylolisthesis （A group, single piece, 25 cases; B group, two-pieces, 25 cases）. Reset after application index （Taillard index, Boxall index, waist intervertebral space height index sacroiliac joint angle）, the fusion rate, preoperative and postoperative Oswestry dysfunction index （ODI）, Japan Society of Orthopedic Surgery （JOA） the assessment of low back pain The standard score to determine the two groups of patients and clinical efficacy compared with test analysis of the application. Results The patients were followed up for 18 months to 36 months, an average of 27 months. Two groups of patients before and after operation reset index were significantly different （P 〈0.05）, after follow-up with the end there was no significant difference （P 〈 0.05）, A, B integration of the two groups was no significant difference, both to achieve 100%, A, B groups preoperative and postoperative ODI, JOA score difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）, but the A, B groups in the ODI improvement rate, JOA improvement rate was no significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conelusions Two types of surgical procedures have achieved good results, there is no significant difference in the clinical efficacy, but the application of single piece integration compared with the application of two- pieces fusion cage can save the cost of hospitalization.
