| 摘 要： | 采用一种新型的缓释微球制备方法——液体球形结聚技术，制备布洛芬—丙烯酸缓释微球，并对其处方工艺进行了筛选。制得的缓释微球体外释药性能符合Higuchi方程，为骨架型缓释制剂。
