| 摘 要： | 目的:观察抗甲协定方加减联合丙基硫氧嘧啶治疗甲状腺机能亢进症(简称甲亢)患者的临床疗效,评价其对甲亢的治疗作用及优势。方法:选取符合西医和中医诊断标准的甲亢患者100例,随机分为综合组50例,采用抗甲协定方加减合丙基硫氧嘧啶治疗,对照组50例,单用丙基硫氧嘧啶治疗;疗程均为3个月;观察两组治疗前后血清甲状腺激素、中医症状、体征改善情况及不良反应。结果:两组治疗后甲状腺激素水平、症状、体征均有明显改善(P<0.05),综合组有效率94%,对照组有效率80%,综合组优于对照组(P<0.05);不良反应发生率综合组少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:抗甲协定方加减联合西药治疗甲亢优势明显。
