| 摘 要： | 本文采用ＥＬＩＳＡ方法检测了５１例脑血管疾病和２１例对照组的血浆ｏｘＬＤＬ和血清Ｌｐ（ａ），结果表明脑血管疾病组明显高于对照组，脑血管疾病各分组（脑出血，脑栓塞，蛛网膜下腔出血）的ｏｘＬＤＬ亦高于对照组，脑出血，脑梗塞发组的Ｌｐ（ａ）高于对照组。

| Abstract: | ELISA method was used to determine oxLDL and Lp (a) in 51 patients with cerebrovascular disorder and 20 normal controls. The results showed that the levels of oxLDL and Lp(a) in patients were much higher than those in normal controls. The levels of oxLDL in patients with cerebral hemorrage,cerebral embolism and subarachnoid hemorrage were significantly higher than those in the healthy controls. The results of Lp (a) in patients with subarachnoid hemorrage showed no significant difference,as compared with normal controls. The changes of oxLDL and Lp (a) levels seem to be independent to patients sex,age,duration and blood lipids. |
