| 摘 要： | 目的]总结经皮肾镜碎石取石术治疗肾结石的护理措施.方法]回顾性分析43例经皮肾镜碎石取石术病人的临床资料.结果]本组病人均顺利完成经皮肾镜碎石取石术,术后出血4例,无一例死亡.结论]加强经皮肾镜碎石取石术的围术期护理有利于并发症的防治.

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize the nursing measures for renal calculus patients undergoing percataneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL).Methods:Clinical data of a total of 43 renal calculus patients undergoing percataneous nephrolithotomy were analyzed retrospectively.Results:All patients have completed operation successfully.Four cases complicated with postoperative hemorrhage.None of them died.Conclusions:To strengthen the perioperative care of patients undergoing percataneous nephrolithotomy is profit for prevention of co... |
