数字化医院背景下成本核算体系的构建

目的成本核算系统的构建在数字化医院建设中占有重要地位,本文从成本核算系统在数字化医院中的开发和实施基础上,全方位评述了成本核算系统的构建策略,并探讨了成本核算系统的构成和未来发展思路.方法分析了"军卫一号"原有成本核算体系的缺陷,并根据医院现行成本核算体系的特点提出新的软件架构,并采用与"军卫一号"HIS相同的数据库后台及风格相近的开发工具,重新研发了并实现了成本核算体系的应用.结果开发并在医院部署了新的成本核算体系,并经数年的应用实践证明该软件的设计思路和研发均是成功的,并且完全适应于国内医院现有的成本核算体制和模式.结论成本核算软件体系应兼具实用性和通用性,一方面要能够满足成本核算工作的基本需要,要能提供相应的收入统计、分摊;成本录入、分摊;本地收入录入等成本核算的基本要素,另一方面也要考虑不同医院管理体制上的差异,能适应不同医院的实际需求.因此成本核算软件体系应该能提供服务器连接、核算单元调整、科室门诊收入和住院收入的合并或分离、核算数据的保存和后期统计等功能.
