复方溃疡乐提取工艺的研究

摘    要:目的 筛选最佳的以黄柏为君药的复方溃疡乐的提取工艺。方法 以小檗碱、靛玉红为工艺筛选指标性成分 ,采用正交设计方法筛选最佳提取工艺及其条件。结果 最佳提取工艺为 80 %乙醇回流 4次 ,每次均为 4倍量 ,第一次回流 1.5 h,第二次回流 1h,第三次和第四次回流 0 .5 h,小檗碱、靛玉红转移率分别为81.6 %、87.0 %。结论 该提取工艺小檗碱、靛玉红转移率高并经验证 ,合理可行。

Abstract:Objective To select the best extractive process of compound Kuiyang-Le with cortex Phellodendri used as a main medicine with water. Method With berberine and indirubin as selecting index component the best extractive process and condition were selected with orthogonal test method. Results The best extractive process is as following:extracted four times with 80% ethanol, added 4 times ethanol, extract for 1.5 hour first, second for 1 h, third and fourth for 0.5 hour respectively. The extractive rate of berberine and indirubin were 81.6%and 87.0%. Conclusion The extractive rate of berberine and indirubin were higher in the process. The process proved to be reasonable and feasible.
