两种方法治疗腺性膀胱炎临床疗效比较

目的 探讨腺性膀胱炎的治疗效果。方法 通过经尿道电灼术加膀胱药物灌注与单纯膀胱药物灌注治疗，比较两种方法对腺性膀胱炎的疗效。结果根据临床表现，膀胱镜检及活检，随访6．12个月经尿道电切术加膀胱药物灌注组临床治愈率达63．1％，有效率80．0％；单纯给予膀胱药物灌注组临床治愈率仅为30．2％，有效率58．1％，两组疗效差异显著。结论 经尿道电灼术加膀胱药物灌注对腺性膀胱炎疗效显著。

Clinical Comparison of 2 Kind Treatments for Cystitis Glanduaris

Objective The purpose of this paper is to explore the therapeutic effect of cystitis glanduaris.Methods A comparative study was undertaken to evaluate the therapeutic effects of cystitis glanduaris by comparing the transurethral resection(TUR) combined with bladder perfusion of medicine with bladder perfusion of medicine only. Results There was significant difference in therapeutic effects between the two groups. The patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months. The cure rate of TUR group was 63.1% and the effective rate was 80.0%, while in the other group the cure rate was 30.2% and the effective rate was 58.1% respectively. Conclusion Transuretheral resection combined with bladder instillation of drug is effective for cystitis glanduaris.
