| 摘 要： | 简述基本药物的概念以及我国基本药物目录和基本药物政策的历史沿革，指出建立国家基本药物制度是确保国民公平享有基本卫生保健的必要条件，是一项系统性的制度建设工程；探讨了我国基本药物政策存在的不足，并结合我国国情，提出在进一步推进我国基本药物制度建设过程中，完善具有中国特色的基本药物目录是当前的重点工作。

| Abstract: | The conception of the essential medicine and the history of the essential medicines list and the dssential medicine policy in China are introduced. The essential medicine policy is necessary to ensure the basic health care shared by the citizenship, which is a systematic project of policy construction. The deficiency of the essential medicine policy in China is discussed. It is proposed to prefect the essential medicines list with Chinese characteristic based on Chinese situation. |
