妊娠期特大尖锐湿疣的治疗和护理

目的探讨妊娠期特大尖锐湿疣的治疗和护理特点。方法对14例妊娠期特大尖锐湿疣患者的临床资料进行总结,评价以钳、切、灼方法为主的综合方法治疗妊娠期特大尖锐湿疣的价值。结果14例患者均入院以钳、切、灼方法去除CA病灶:12例病灶去除后终止妊娠,2例CA治愈后2个月自然分娩。14例单次治疗后均复发,71%(10/14)多次复发。全部患者经综合治疗或多次治疗后痊愈。结论妊娠期特大尖锐湿疣应采取综合方法治疗,心理护理和性病知识宣教等护理措施可提高近期和远期疗效。

Treatment and nursing of condyloma acuminata with pregnancy

Objective To investigate the treatment and nursing of condyloma acuminata during pregnancy. Methods Clinical data of 14 pregnant women with condyloma acuminata were reviewed, the valuation of combined treatment including clamp, cut, coagulation were evaluated. Results The lesions were removed by combined treatment including clamp, cut and coagulation. 12 cases terminated pregnancy and 2 cases had spontaneous delivery after operation. All cases relapsed after single treatment, 10 cases relapsed many times, all cases were cured after combined treatment for over one time. Conclusions Condyloma acuminata during pregnancy should be treated with combined treatment, psychological nursing and education of sex related diseases can raise the benefit for treatment effects.
