| 摘 要： | 应用氩激光全视网膜光凝 (Panretinal Photocoagulation,PRP)对 5 0例 71眼糖尿病性视网膜病变 (DiabeticRetinopathy,DR)进行治疗。经术后两个月随访观察 ,疗效满意。增殖前期有效率明显高于增殖期 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,提示 DR病人早期进行激光治疗的重要性。并对光凝方法和激光量进行讨论 ,旨在提高疗效和防止激光并发症。

| Abstract: | Fifty cases (71 eyes) of diabetic retinopathy were treated with panretinal photocoagulation by argon laser followed by two months of observation with satisfactory curative effect . The effective rate of treatment was significantly higher in the preproliferative stage than in the proliferative stage (P<0.05), which suggests the importance of treating the diabetic retinopathy with PRP in the early stage. |
