| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨自发性颅内出血(SICH)急诊治疗的方法和时机。方法回顾性分析201例自发性颅内出血患者，根据患者不同情况分别采取药物治疗或手术治疗的临床资料。结果本组高血压脑出血124例，脑血管畸形或动脉瘤出血77例，其中采用内科药物治疗45例，死亡11例；手术治疗156例，死亡23例。结论经过及时适当的急诊治疗，可以挽救大部分自发性颅内出血患者的生命。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the appropriate methods and time for emergency treatment of spontaneous intracranial hemorrhage(SICH).Methods Two hundred and one patients with SICH were treated with drugs or operation according to their condition. Results There were 124 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and 77 with hemorrhage caused by cerebral vascular malformation or aneurysm. Drugs were administered in 45 cases,but 11 died.Operations were performed on 156 cases and 23 died. Conclusions Timely and proper emergency treatment can save most of patients with spontaneous intracranial hemorrhage |
