| 摘 要： | 目的 提高卫生事业管理质量综合评价的效果。方法 用ＴＯＰＳＩＳ法与秩和比法以及二者加权模糊联合,采取“择多原则”综合评价方法。结果 由于发挥了各自的优势,得到可信的评价效果。结论 理论和实践表明,该方法是可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective In order to improve the comprehensive evaluation effect of the health management quality. Methods By using the fuzzy combined method of TOPSIS and RSR, it applies the "principle of choosing the most". Results For each part is superiority, the result is perfect. Conclusion Theory and practice show that the method is feasible. |
