听觉诱发电位在新生儿高胆红素血症的应用

摘    要:目的 对高胆红素血症的足月新生儿进行脑干听觉诱发电位 (BAEP )检测 ,评估高胆红素血症对脑损害及听力的影响。方法 对黄疸延迟消退 ( >2周 )的高胆红素血症患儿行脑干听觉诱发电位检测。结果  2 3例患儿中异常 11例 ( 4 7 8% ) ,一个月后复查异常 2例 ,三个月后复查异常 1例。结论 高胆红素血症对新生儿可造成听力损害 ,BAEP是高胆红素血症患儿听力筛查的重要手段。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the damage of hyperbilirubinemia to brain and hearing-ability by brain stem audio electric potential (BAEP) assay in full-term neonates with hyperbilirubinemia. Methods 23 infants with hyperbilirubinemia (>2 weeks ) were screened by BAEP. Results Hearing-ability of 11 children(11/23,47.8%) was abnormal,one month later hearing-ability of 2 children was abnormal, and there months later hearing-ability of only 1 child was abnormal. Conclusion Hyperbilirubinemia may cause hearing-ability damage in neonates and BAEP is one of effective audiometric means.
