摘    要:目的建立电感藕合等离子体-质谱(ICP-MS)法,检测中药材玫瑰花中铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)、铜(Cu)、锑(Sb)、锡(Sn)、铬(Cr)、镍(Ni)、钡(Ba)、锰(Mn)、铊(Ti)、银(Ag)、铍(Be)、镝(Dy)、铝(Al)16种元素的含量。方法以微波消解法制备供试品,全定量法采集数据。结果16种元素标准曲线线性关系良好,线性相关系数(r)都大于0.999 5,检出限为0.002~0.455μg/kg,各元素回收率在82%~103%之间,RSD<5%。结论该方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,适于中药材样品的测定。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for the determination of 16 elements including Pb,Cd,As,Hg,Cu,Sb,Sn,Cr,Ni,Ba,Mn,Ti, Ag,Be,Dy,Al in Flos Rosae Rugosae by the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP-MS).Methods The test samples were prepared by the microwave digestion method and the data were collected by the completely quantitative method.Results The linear relations of the standard curves in 16 kinds of elements were good.The linearity correlation coefficients( r) for all detected elements were above 0.999 5.The detection limits were in the range of 0.002-0.455 μg / kg.The recovery rates of the detected elements were 82%-103% with RSD 5%.Conclusion The established method is simple,fast,sensitive,accurate and suitable for the sample determination of Chinese medicinal materials.
