| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定三七生胃丸中橙皮苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Agela Venusil MP C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以醋酸溶液(每1 000 mL水中含冰醋酸25 mL)-甲醇(65∶35)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为284 nm,柱温为30℃。结果橙皮苷进样量在0.062 28～0.622 8μg(r=0.999 8)范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.40%,RSD为1.22%(n=6)。结论该法简便、灵敏、准确可靠,可用于三七生胃丸的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination the hesperidin content in Sanqi Shengwei Pills. Methods The Agela Venusil MP C18 column（250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm） was used with acetic acid solution （containing glacial acetic acid 25 mL per 1 000 mL of water）-methanol（65：35） as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 284 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results There was a good linear relationship within the range of 0. 062 28 - 0. 622 8 μg （ r = 0. 999 8）. The average recovery rate was 99.40% with RSD 1.22% （n = 6）. Conclusion The established method is simple, sensitive, accurate and reliable and can be used for the content determination of this product. |
