摘    要:目的研究固本祛风颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验设计,以黄芪甲苷含量、干膏得率为指标,考察水的用量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数3个因素对固本祛风颗粒提取效果的影响,优选提取工艺。结果最佳工艺条件为加8倍量水煎煮1 h,煎煮3次。结论该提取工艺合理可行,并能较好地保证制剂质量。

Abstract:Objective To study the optimal extraction technology for Gubenquefeng Granules.Methods By using the orthogonal experimental design with the astragaloside content and the dry extract yield as the indexes,the influence of 3 factors of water amount,decocting time and decocting times on the extraction effect of Gubenquefeng Granules was investigated for optmizing the extraction technology.Results The optimized extracting technological conditions were with 8 times amount of water decocting for 3 times.Conclusion This extraction technology is reasonable and feasible,and can well guarantee the quality of this preparation.
