对1例肺脓肿患者的药学监护及其体会

目的探讨药学监护的方法,促进合理用药。方法依据肺脓肿治疗指南,针对1例肺脓肿患者病例,制订药物治疗监护计划,并进行用药教育。结果临床药师深入临床对患者进行药学监护,可以提高药物疗效。结论临床药师在参与临床药物治疗过程中,发挥专业特长,对安全合理用药起到了良好作用。

Pharmaceutical Care in 1 Case of Pulmonary Abscess

Objective To explore the method of pharmaceutical care for promoting rational drug use. Methods According to the treatment guide- lines of pulmonary abscess and aiming at 1 specific case of pulmonary abscess, the plan of pharmaceutical care was formulated and the medication education was conducted. Results Clinical pharmacists went deep into clinic and performed the pharmaceutical care on the patient. The medication effect was improved. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists bring their professional specialty into full play during the participating in the medication treatment process, which would play better role in safe and rational drug use.
