| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定全鹿丸中齐墩果酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱采用Phenomenex C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以0.045%冰醋酸溶液(用三乙胺调节pH至4.0)-乙腈(12∶88)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为210 nm,进样量为10μL,柱温为30℃。结果齐墩果酸进样量在0.268 1～8.936μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均加样回收率为100.26%,RSD为1.56%(n=9)。结论该方法测定全鹿丸中齐墩果酸的含量,方法简便、准确,结果稳定,可为全鹿丸的质量评价提供依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an HPLC method for determining the content of oleanolic acid in Alrodeer Pill. Methods The Phenomenex C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was adopted with the mobile phase of 0.045% glacial acetic acid （adjusting pH value to 4.0 with triethylamine）-acetonitrile（12 ： 88）. The detecting wavelength was 210 nm,the flow rate was l. 0 mL/min,the injec- tion volume was 10 μL and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The linear range of calibration curve was 0. 268 1 -8. 936 μg for oleanolie acid （r =0. 999 8）,the average recovery rate was 100.26% （RSD = 1.56% ）. Conclusion The method is highly sensitive, quick and accurate with good repeatability,which can provide the basis for the quality evaluation of Alrodeer Pill. |
