2009年至2011年医院抑酸药应用分析

目的了解医院抑酸药的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对医院2009年至2011年抑酸药的应用金额、用量、用药频度(DDDs)等进行统计、分析。结果抑酸药销售总金额呈逐年上升趋势,其中质子泵抑制剂占各年度抑酸药销售金额的95%以上,H2受体拮抗剂所占比例极少且逐年下降;口服奥美拉唑的用量3年来一直居首位,兰索拉唑、泮托拉唑的用量呈上升趋势。结论质子泵抑制剂已成抑酸药的应用主流,临床应用较合理。

Analysis on Use Situation of Acid-Suppressing Drugs in a Hospital during 2009-2011

Objective To understand the use situation of acid- suppressing drugs in our hospital use to provide reference for the clini- cal rational use of drugs. Methods The consumption amount, use amount, DDDs of acid- suppressing drugs in our hospital during 2009- 2011 were statistically analyzed. Results The total amount of sales of acid- suppressing drugs in our hospital showed the increasing trend year by year, in which the proton pump inhibitors accounted for over 95% of the amount in each year, the pro- portion of H2 receptor antagonists was few and showed the decreasing trend year by year. The amount of oral omeprazole occupied first on the list in the recent 3 years. The use amount of lansoprazole and pantoprazole showed the increasing trend. Conclusion Proton pump inhibitors have become the mainstream application of acid- suppression drugs in our hospital and their clinical use is relatively reasonable.
