妈咪爱联合思密达治疗小儿抗生素相关性腹泻24例

目的探讨妈咪爱联合思密达治疗小儿抗生素相关性腹泻的临床疗效。方法2010年8月至2012年2月对收治的抗生素相关性腹泻患儿采用妈咪爱联合思密达治疗,并与单独采用思密达治疗的对照组进行对比。结果研究组患者中显效16例,有效7例,总有效率达95.83%,明显高于对照组的70.83%(χ2=5.40,P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组患儿的大便次数明显减少,而腹泻持续时间则明显缩短(t=3.05和t=2.86,P<0.05)。两组患儿在治疗期间均未出现不良事件和相关药品不良反应。结论妈咪爱联合思密达治疗小儿抗生素相关性腹泻的临床疗效满意,患儿无痛苦、易接受,亦无不良反应,值得临床推广。

Medilac-Vita Combined with Smecta in Treating 24 Cases of Infantile Antibiotic - Associated Diarrhea

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Medilac-Vita combined with smecta in treatment of antibiotic- associated diarrhea in children. Methods The children patients with antibiotic-associated diarrhea from August 2010 to February 2012 were treated by Medilac-Vita combined with smecta, which was compared with the control group treated by smecta alone. Results In the study group, 16 cases were markedly effective and 7 cases were effective, the total effective rate was 95.83%, which was significantly higher than 70. 83% in the control group （X^2=5.40, P〈0.05）; compared with the control group, the defecating times in the study group were significantly decreased, but the diarrhea time was obviously shortened, the difference was statistically significant （t = 3.05 and 2.86, P 〈 0. 05）. Two groups had no adverse events and drug - related adverse reactions during treatment period. Conclusion Medi-lac-Vita combined with smecta in the treatment of antibiotic-associated diarrhea in children has satisfactory effect without pain and adverse reactions, easy to accept by children, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
