中国驻黎巴嫩维和二级医院药品供应管理探讨

药品供应是维和医疗任务的基础工作之一,中国驻黎巴嫩维和二级医院组建以来,由于抽组单位每批各不相同,尚未形成统一规范的管理模式,在药品供应管理中容易出现各种问题,对医疗工作的开展造成不同程度的影响。为确保医疗药品供应以及药事工作的连续性,该文根据维和二级医院的工作任务,从药品筹措、工作开展、核查准备、过期药品处置以及轮换交接等方面予以总结和探讨,探索建立相应的体制机制和管理系统。

Discussion on Management of Medicine Supply of Chinese Peacekeeping Level II Hospital in Lebanon

Medicine supply is one of the basic jobs of peacekeeping medical task. Since the establishment of the Chinese Level Ⅱ Hos- pital in Lebanon,we met a lot of problems on the management of the medicine supply,which affected the medical works we carried out in UNIFIL to some extent, because each medical team is different and also lack of the consolidated regulation of the management mode. In order to make sure the continuity of medicine supply and medical works, this paper aims at summing up and exploring the as- pects of medicine preparation, works carrying out, inspection preparation, disposal of the expired medicine and handing/taking over be- tween the outgoing team and incoming team,and find a way to establish the concerned mechanism and management system according to the assignment of the Chinese Peacekeeping Level Ⅱ Hospital.
