65例复发性颅内肿瘤的临床分析

目的探讨颅内肿瘤术后复发的原因及其治疗方法。方法回顾我院神经外科7年间的65例颅内肿瘤术后复发的病例资料,分析预防术后复发的措施和再次手术的问题。结果65例病例中53例(81.5%)进行了再次手术或多次手术,而且绝大多数相应延长了生存时间或减轻了症状。结论术后定时随诊,早期发现术后复发,提高病人对术后复发的认识能力,充分的术前准备和对受累器官的正确评估以及术中全面而细致的切除肿瘤是预防术后再次复发的关键;而且再次或多次手术结合放化疗等综合治疗是完全必要的。

Clinical Analysis of 65 Cases of Recidivity Intracranial Tumor

Objective To discuss the palindromic reason and treatment of excision of intracranial tumor.Methods Sixty-five patients with palindromic intracranial tumor in department of neurological surgery of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou TCM University during the recent 7-year period were reviewed,and the measures to prevent its recurrence and problems about operation once again were analyzed.Results In the 65 patients,53(81.5%)had operation once again or even more than once,and most of them had their survival time prolonged correspondingly or had their symptoms attenuated.Concusion Postoperative follow-up,early detection and recognition of recurrence,the improvement of the patient's cognitive ability about recurrence,adequate preparation before operation,accurate evalution of the involving organs,as well as excising tumor comprehensively and attentively are the keys to prevent recurrence of intracranial tumor.Furthermore,the comprehensive adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy are necessary for patients receiving repetitive operations.
