外科护理临床带教老师的培训

摘    要:目的总结外科护理临床带教培训模式的应用效果,探讨改进培训的方法。方法通过实践建立外科临床带教老师有效的培训模式:(1)确立培训目标,(2)规范培训程序,(3)选择培训方法,(4)设置培训课程,(5)制定严密的考核方案。结果用2年时间对河北大学附属医院30名外科护理临床带教老师进行分批培训。95%的培训对象认为培训非常必要,收获很大。82%的培训对象对教学内容和教学安排均感满意。结论外科护理临床带教老师的培训方法,对培养高素质、高水平的临床带教老师有深远意义。科学实用的临床带教培训模式有待于进一步探讨。

Discussion on training clinical teachers in surgical nursing

Abstract:Objective To summarize the application effect of clinical nurse about training model to improve training level.Methods Effective training modes were established in clinical teachers in surgical practice:(1) establish the training objectives,(2) set training procedures,(3) choose training methods,(4) set up the training courses,(5) develop rigorous assessment program.Results 30 clinical teachers in surgical care were trained in batches in 2 years.95% of the trainees told us that the training was very necessary and very effective.82% of trainees was satisfied to teaching content and arrangements.Conclusion It is very important on the training high-quality,high level of clinical teachers to establish the hospital surgical nursing and clinical training methods,scientific and practical training in clinical teaching models need to be further explored.
