超声引导下经皮肾穿刺活检术并发症分析

目的分析评价超声引导下经皮肾穿刺活检术并发症的危险因素。 方法收集我院173例行肾穿刺活检术患者的临床和病理资料，统计分析年龄、性别、血压、肾功能、穿刺次数、穿刺针型以及穿刺肾别与并发症发生率的关系。 结果173例患者肾穿刺活检术后出现并发症的20例（11．56％），其中肉眼血尿3例（1．73％），肾周血肿17例（9．83％）。7例急性肾功能衰竭患者中3例在穿刺术后出现了并发症。 结论超声引导下经皮肾穿刺活检是一种安全有效的检查方法；急性肾功能衰竭可能是影响肾活检并发症的危险因素。

Analysis of Complications in Ultrasound-guided Percutaneous Renal Biopsy

Objective To evaluate the risk factors of complications in ultrasound-guided percutaneous renal biopsy.Methods The clinical and pathological data of 173 patients who were received renal biopsy were collected.The relations between complications rates with age,gender,blood pressure,renal disfunction,the frequency of puncture,needle type and biopsied renal status were analyzed.Results Biopsy-related complications occurred in 20 patients(11.56%),including gross hematuria in 3 patients(1.73%) and perinephric hematoma in 17 (9.83%).The complications were observed in 3 among 7 patients with acute renal failure.Conclusions Ultrasound-guided percutaneous renal biopsy is a safe and effective tool in the diagnosis and management of renal disease.Acute renal failure is likely to be the risk factor of complications in percutaneous renal biopsy.
