自拟益气扶正方治疗晚期结直肠癌研究

目的观察自拟益气扶正方对晚期结直肠癌的治疗作用。方法选择武汉市商业职工医院2006年1月—2007年12月住院的晚期结直肠癌患者50例,随机分为2组,研究组给予益气扶正方,同时给予必要的对症处理;对照组给予最佳支持治疗。观察2组近期疗效、毒副反应、生存质量(QOL)、中位生存期。结果研究组在中医辨证分型疗效方面显著优于对照组(2=5.961,P0.01),QOL较对照组为优(P0.05),2组中位生存时间和总生存时间比较无显著性差异(P0.05)。结论益气扶正方对不适合放化疗的晚期结直肠癌患者有一定治疗效果,且能提高生存质量,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Study of Yiqifuzheng Decoction on late stage colorectal cancer

Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Yiqifuzheng Decoction on advanced colorectal cancer.Methods 50 advanced colorectal cancer patients were enrolled in the study,and randomly divided into research group and control group,25 cases for each group.In research group,patients were treated with Yiqifuzheng Decoction form day1 to day 14,the regimen was performed every 2 weeks;in control group,patients were treated only with best supportive care(BSC),after at least two cycle's treatment,the curative effect,toxic reaction,quality of life(QOL),median survival time(MST) and overall survival(OS) in both groups were assessed.Result There were significant difference in efficacy on symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) between two groups(X2=5.961,P<0.01),QOL of research group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),however,there were no significant difference in MST and OS between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yiqifuzheng Decoction has good efficacy on symptoms of TCM,it can enhance QOL,suggested its value on advanced colorectal cancer.
