下肢深静脉血栓会师造影的诊疗价值

摘    要:目的:探讨下肢深静脉血栓的血管内会师造影的诊疗价值。方法:回顾性分析18例下肢深静脉血栓的会师造影与治疗资料。结果:18例经会师造影均获成功,均能较全面地显示下肢深静脉血栓的情况,其效果明显高于常规顺行造影组的35%(P<0.05);无严重并发症发生。其治疗显效率为77.8%,虽与常规的溶栓治疗组相比无显著性差异,但其溶栓时间明显地缩短了(P<0.05),应用超声消融后其尿激酶用量也明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:下肢深静脉血栓的会师造影与治疗具有较好的诊断与治疗价值。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the value of diagnosis and treatment for orthodromic radiography combined retrograderadiography (OCRR) in lower-limb deep venous thrombosis (DVT). Methods: Data of 18 patients with DVT in lowerlimbs were analyzed retrospectively. Results: In all 18 cases, the correct diagnoses rate was (100%) by OCRRmethod. It was more than that of orthouromic radiography(35% ), P<0.05. The marked effective rate of OCRR curedwas 77.8%, compared with conventional orthodromic radiography it was no significant difference (P>0.05),However, the mean time of OCRR method and the mean dosage of urokinase after ultrasound ablation were less than those of conventional method (P<0.05). Conclusion: OCRR method possesses superior diagnostic and treatment valuefor the DVT in lower limbs.
