| 摘 要： | 本课题针对护理工作亟待解决的问题 ,提出了护理管理改革的具体方法 ,同时 ,研究开发医院护理综合信息系统 ,依托医院信息系统 (军卫 1号 )实现计算机网络化管理。“医院护理综合信息系统”由 6个子系统组成 ,各子系统信息共享、传输快准 ,能有效地实施改革方案。规范了工作程序 ,提高了工作效率 ,降低了管理成本 ,促进了医院护理发展

| Abstract: | This research suggested some concrete methods aiming at common problems in nursing management.Hospital Nursing Information System(HNIS) was developed based on Hospital Information System.HNIS consists of six subsystems. The information of these subsystems can be used each other and can be transmitted quickly.HNIS can carry out the research. The nurse's work programs have been normalized and work efficiency has been raised. The costs of management have been reduced. |
