| 摘 要： | 运用特尔菲法对工作在高校第一线的30名教师及教学管理人员进行两轮问卷咨询。根据专家给分情况和建议,筛选出指标体系中包括的一级指标5项,二级指标16项,并给各指标赋予权重。建立二级学院教学质量评估指标体系,为进一步规范二级学院教学质量评估提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | Delphi method was used to establish a teaching quality evaluation system at school level at universities.Altogether thirty teachers and teaching administers were invited for two rounds of questionnaires.Through consulting the panel experts,relative indicators were obtained accordingly,namely,five first-class indicators and sixteen second-class indicators were selected,and the weights of the indicators were given according to their importance.The teaching quality evaluation for school management will be base... |
