Matrix电解弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤

目的探讨Matrix电解弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤的疗效、技术要点、并发症的原因以及防治方法。方法对45例47个颅内动脉瘤患者行Matrix电解弹簧圈栓塞治疗。结果33个动脉瘤100%栓塞,10个动脉瘤95%栓塞,3个动脉瘤90%栓塞,1个动脉瘤栓塞率〈80%。血管造影随访3例未完全栓塞动脉瘤残腔增大。5例出现手术相关并发症,其中术中动脉瘤破裂2例,过度栓塞2例,急性血管痉挛1例。结论Matrix电解弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤是安全、可靠、有效的手段,定期随访血管造影评价栓塞效果是必要的。

Embolization therapy with Matrix detachable coils in intracranial aneurysm

Objective To explore the efficacy,technique and complication of endovascular embolization in intraeranial aneurysms with Matrix detachable coils. Methods Forty five patients with 47 intracranial aneurysms had been treated by Matrix Detachable Coils embolization. Results All aneurysms were successfully embolized by the endovascular procedure with a complete occlusion in 33 aneurysms,95% occlusion in 10,90% occlusion in 3 and less than 80% occlusion in 1. Follow-up cerebral angiography demonstrated an enlargement of the remnant cavity in 3 aneurysms with initial incomplete occlusions. Five cases suffered from complications relative to the procedure,including 2 aneurysm rupture,1 acute cerebral angiospasm and 2 over embolization during the procedure. Conclusion Matrix detachable coils embolization is a safe modality for the treatment of intracranial aneurysm, follow - up cerebral angiography is essential for evaluation of its efficacy.
