| 摘 要： | 报道肝囊肿术后伴腹壁瘘管、黄疸1例。董某,女,70岁,因肝囊肿术后伴腹壁瘘管形成8年,身目黄染7天就诊。郑翔教授认为病情责之于黄疸与腹壁瘘管,但究其因总属湿、痰、热、瘀四者胶结为患。拟疏肝利胆,佐以健脾、化瘀,自拟疏肝利胆汤化裁。治疗2个月,肝功能正常,腹壁瘘道内径缩小,疗效满意。

| Abstract: | This paper reports one case of fenestration liver cyst,which accompanies by fistula and jaundice. Patient Dong,female,70 years old,whose fistula had cropped up 8 years ago and jaundice had been lasting 7 days. Professor ZHENG considers that the main problem of the disease is jaundice and fistula.
