医院后勤服务社会化的实践与思考

摘    要:探索现代医院的发展,建立后勤社会化的新体制,医院后勤制度的改革就成为整个医疗卫生体制改革的重要环节。文章结合医院的后勤改革实际,就医院后勤服务社会化的实践做初步探讨。

Abstract:To establish modernized hospitals, and set up a new socialized rear service system,the reform on the rear services,therefore,plays a crucial part in the overall reform of the medical and health system. This thesis is discussing, in the light of the reform practice of our hospital,the significance and practice in socialization of the rear service of the hospital.
