大黄属药用植物抗HIV-1活性的谱效关系研究

摘    要:目的:分析大黄属药用植物的超高效液相色谱法(UPLC)特征图谱与抗HIV-1活性之间的相互关系.方法:采用HIV-1逆转录酶相关的核糖核酸酶H活性测定检测了大黄属16种22个样品的抗HIV-1活性;同时测定了22个样品的UPLC特征图谱;运用数理统计方法研究谱效相关性;并采用UPLC-TOF-MS/MS'指认样品主要成分峰.结果:藏边大黄、苞叶大黄和河套大黄提取物有较好的抗HIV-1活性.谱效相关性研究表明4.74,7.99,21.18 min色谱峰与活性有一定相关性.结论:通过谱效研究,推测了有抗HIV-1活性的大黄属药用植物及其活性组分,为大黄属植物深层次的研究开发奠定了基础.
